via theswinginsixtiesCarousel of Progress has to be one of my favorite attractions at Walt Disney World. It’s cheesy, nostalgic, and on a hot summer day, a nice break from the heat and crowds.

I had cataract surgery on both of my eyes at the age of 12. When I was 14 I was put into bifocals, and from then I was told my vision would still progressively get worse with age. More surgeries are to come, I know this. Today I had an eye exam, and my left eye is getting worse. So, new glasses it was. At least I can deal with it by wearing cute frames :)
